Can I get our own logo on the pod?
Yes, that is why this page exists. We print the pods ourselves in the Netherlands, so your logo is included in the production process instead of being stuck on afterwards. After submitting your request, email your file to info@tikpod.eu.
What is the minimum number of pods I need to order?
From 10 pieces. You can order fewer, but it is usually cheaper to order them individually via the webshop.
Does Tap to Work on Android?
Not yet. The app is currently only available for iPhone; an Android version is under development. If your team uses Android, submit a request, and we’ll be honest about whether it’s worth it right now.
Can we as employers see what employees are blocking?
No. There is no dashboard and there won't be one. Which apps someone locks and what time they get up is on their own phone and does not end up with us or with you.
What is the delivery time?
That depends on the quantity and the printing. You will receive a concrete delivery date in the quote, not only after placing the order. If you have a strict deadline, please include it right away.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. One address, several offices, or individual home addresses: let us know the breakdown, and we will include the shipping costs in the quote.
Can we pay by invoice?
For business orders, we use an invoice instead of the standard webshop checkout.
